First of all a very good attempt
The face looks really good,The way you have shaded is really good.The wrinkles in the clothes and the position of the kneecap has been brought out because of the shading.The slight blush can also be seen on the face and the credit goes to your wonderful shading.The hands and legs have been done really well.Most people always seem to draw the fingers of the characters wrong, however, u have done it without fault(although i am getting a weird feel from the fingers in the right hand of the character.i dont think the ring finger could bend that much. i can find no fault with the body. the shading on the hair is good. it could be made better by the addition of few darker lines.
So overall, a very good drawing with wonderful shading!
